Ash Treatment For Recovery
The industrial ash treatment line is fully automatable and available in extra-standard sizes. Built with ultra-resistant materials, the systems are calibrated to guarantee the desired productivity and can be serviced without machine replacement. The entire range is Industry 4.0 Ready.
Ash mills
The whole family of ash mills is built with a rotor in special double-armoured steel, moved by a motor with hydraulic joint and transmission with gears in an oil bath. The feed mouth, unlike the competitor mills, is completely free to facilitate the material loading operation. The stainless steel mesh screens on the rotor guarantee optimal and constant filtering during the entire processof metal refining.
Powder mixer
Powder mixers are machines built for mixing powders coming from the mills so as to make them homogeneous to allow an adequate ash sample. They are characterized by a central tank, where inside the powders are mixed through the rotary motion of a cochlea specially designed to make this process extremely uniform and homogeneous.
The whole family of mixers is built with a central tank and all the parts in contact with the powders in stainless steel and are equipped with a special discharge ball valve. The transmission is in oil bath gears and the coupling of the motor with the hydraulic coupling gives great reliability and excellent mixing performance.
