The whole family of mills is built with a rotor in special double-armoured steel, moved by a motor with hydraulic joint and transmission with gears in an oil bath. The feed mouth, unlike the competitor mills, is completely free to facilitate the material loading operation. The stainless steel mesh screens on the rotor guarantee optimal and constant filtering during the entire process.

Standard Mills

Ash mills are machines built for crushing and milling various materials such as melting slag, ash obtained from carbonization processes of residues of goldsmith’s work, crucibles and refractory materials of various kinds, catalysts, electronic boards, etc.
The whole family of mills is built with a special steel rotor with double armour moved by a motor with hydraulic coupling and transmission with oil-bath gears. The feeding door, unlike the competitor mills, is completely free to facilitate the operation of material loading. The stainless-steel mesh nets on the rotor ensure optimal and constant filtering throughout the entire process.

Auto-reversing mills

Auto-reversing mills are machines that maintain the same principle of operation and purpose as standard mills, but they are characterized by an unloading system that takes place by reversing the rotor rotation’s direction, which thanks to its particular internal and external construction features it allows to eliminate any unprocessable material inside in a completely automatic way. Each standard model can be configured with reverse discharge upon request.

Jaw mills

Jaw mills are machines built to pre-mill crucibles, borax and recovery material after incineration in order to speed up subsequent pulverization on the mills. These machines are recommended for those who need high production.

Soundproofing cabin according to ISO standards

Possibility to install a soundproof cabin in galvanized sheet metal with inside a double sound-absorbing material coating in accordance with ISO 3746-1979; D. Lgs.277/91 that will significantly reduce the noise of the machinery during processing
