Multiple strip cutter machine
The circular multiple strip cutter machines are built for parallel cutting of plate with variable thicknesses depending on the model. The cut is made with centesimal precision, the plate is driven by special rubber spacers of special composition These features give these models the maximum precision obtainable on the final cut size. The “head” of the multiple-cut circular machine with scrap cutters can be entirely replaced to obtain cuts of different sizes, ensuring a high versatility to the machine, which together with the many options available, has a perfect combination of maximum precision and productivity.
Multiple strip cutter machine with interchangeable blades
The particular models with free shaft in the front side are also part of the family of circular multiple strip cutter machines; they are characterized by the extreme ease of variation of the composition and length of the cuts. This is possible thanks to their special construction of the blade holder support with two overhang shafts, which allows you to easily remove and insert the blades, offering extreme versatility on cuts. It will also be possible to easily reuse worn blades after they have been re-sharpened
Adjustable multiple strip cutter machine
These types of cutting machines are characterized by having two cuts, one fixed and one adjustable using a support plane with micrometric adjustment, moved through a wheel with electronic bar. They are built entirely of steel, with rotation of the shafts on bearings to eliminate periodic maintenance and increase the cutting speed. The solid structure and special technical solutions give high precision, stability and great versatility.

Accessory placed after the cut that allows to wind the blade and adjust the torque using a potentiometer or touchscreen. It is possible to install a winder for each cut provided in the blade unit.
Scrap cutters coiler
Accessory placed after the cut that allows to wind the cutting scraps of the plate
Decolier for blades
Accessory that allows to unwind the plate directly into the cutting area
Start pedal
Accessory that allows to start the cutting cycle automatically or by pedal
Electronic variation of cutting speed
Possibility to change, electronically through potentiometer or touchscreen, the cutting speed
